In response to requests from the pupils, this Term's non-uniform day was brought forward to raise funds in aid of the survivors of the earthquake disaster in Haiti.  With a theme of "Bad Hair and Wrong Trousers", pupils and staff turned out in a wide and exotic range of outfits.  Donations came to just over £500 which will be passed to the Thetford Rotary Club to purchase a Shelter Box.   This is in addition to the 2 Gold Aquaboxes that were bought with some of the proceeds of a staff coffee morning; the balance will also go towards the Shelter Box appeal.
