Information Evenings are held for pupils and parents to talk to the relevant Heads of Departments, gather information about the GCSE and A-Level courses we run and to find out what else our school has to offer our pupils and prospective students.
Whole School Open Mornings are held on Saturdays in October and April from 10.00am to 1.00pm. Prospective pupils can take part in activities on offer, meet teachers and pupils and enjoy a tour of the school. We welcome the whole family to our Open Mornings, and activities are suitable for a wide range of ages. Refreshments are also available.
Preparatory School Open Mornings offer the opportunity to see the Prep School in action on a normal working day; booking is required for these as we aim to keep them more intimate. Open Mornings will begin with a short talk by the Head of the Preparatory School followed by a tour of the school and then tea in the Prep School Hall with the Headmaster, the Deputy Head and the Head of Prep School.
Senior School Afternoon offers the opportunity to see the Senior School in action on a normal working day; booking is required for these as we aim to keep them more intimate. These sessions are recommended in particular to families who have already attended a Whole School Open Morning. Open Afternoons will begin with a welcome by the Headmaster in Old School followed by a tour of the school and then tea in the Dining Hall with the Headmaster, the Deputy Head, Heads of Departments, Tutors and the Head’s PA.
Festive Fun/Easter Eggstravaganza/Teddy Bear’s Picnic events offer the opportunity for prospective Pre-Prep children, along with their parents/carers to participate in a range of fun craft activities followed by a snack alongside our current Pre-Prep pupils. Booking is essential for these events.
Parking for visitors is available in the school car park. These spaces are quickly filled so we would advise visitors to make use of the Bury Road car park opposite Bridge Street.
